Standard oysters are sold a dozen per 8 oz container, and the larger X-Select oysters are packaged a dozen per 16 oz container.

Use the Standard oysters for stew, sauté, or for eating raw. They are perfect in any of your fine oyster dishes. Our X-select are best for frying, Rockefeller, Bienville or broiled.
